NCB Foodservice began as National Catering Butchers back in 1993, so we know a thing or two about good quality meat and poultry. That’s why we offer nothing less than a British, Farm Assured supply chain with full gate-toplate traceability. We work closely with all the major assurance organisations and our supply chain meets the criteria for the Soil Association Food for Life catering mark. We have Supply Partners across the country who source meat and poultry which is assured under standards such as The Red Tractor and the AHDB Beef and Lamb Quality Standard Mark for British beef and British lamb. Delivering our customers’ needs is an essential part of the service we offer. Supplying Halal Meat and Poultry which has come from assured processors is a key part of our product range.
