Full traceability is a core part of how we operate. That means clear records of where every product comes from, how it was handled, and who was responsible at each step.

Our Supply Partners are audited annually by us as part of our Quality Management System, which is accredited to the Micron2 STS standard.

We are a Living Wage Employer. All Supply Partners are expected to meet or exceed legal standards for pay, safety, and working conditions. These requirements are set out in our Supply Partner Charter and form part of our onboarding and audit process.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in all its forms, including forced labour, servitude, and human trafficking. All Supply Partners must have appropriate controls in place, especially where goods are imported from higher-risk regions. This is a condition of working with us and reflects our commitment to responsible sourcing.

We expect all meat and dairy to come from suppliers who follow responsible welfare practices and comply with current UK animal welfare legislation. Our Supply Partners support the Farm Animal Welfare Committee’s Five Freedoms and follow strict handling standards from farm to slaughter. We also endorse the responsible use of antibiotics and align with national reduction targets set by RUMA.

We operate a zero-tolerance approach to genetically modified foods. All products we supply must be GMO-free, and every Supply Partner confirms compliance as part of their onboarding and ongoing relationship with us.
